Rachael has over eight years experience in early education and childhood development at the YWCA. She started out as the infant teacher in 2012, transitioned to the preschool classroom in 2015 for four years, and was then hired as the program coordinator in 2019. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Development at the University of Utah and still works with their CAN Lab as a research assistant. Rachael is originally from California’s central valley and moved out to Utah to get closer to the outdoors. She loves to travel, bake, and do anything outdoors including hiking, skiing, biking, and camping with her husband and two dogs.
